NEW DELHI — In an official notification published in the Delhi Gazette, the Department of Power (Government of NCT of Delhi) announced the formal appointment of Shri Ajay Kumar Jain, Retired District Judge, as Member (Legal) of the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC).
The executive notification (No. F.11/2026/Power/E-243215/6253-6261), dated September 9, 2026, was issued under the signature of Sunny K. Singh, IAS, Special Secretary (Power), GNCTD.
