NEW DELHI — The central government has assigned Additional Secretary Dr. Pramod Kumar Meherda the additional charge of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the National Rainfed Area Authority (NRAA). Currently serving in the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, the veteran officer will hold this position for a period of six months or until further orders.
