NEW DELHI – Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid heartfelt tributes to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar on the occasion of his birth anniversary, honoring the chief architect of the Indian Constitution for his unparalleled contributions to nation-building.
In a message shared on Monday, the Prime Minister emphasized that Dr. Ambedkar’s life and ideals remain a “guiding force” for the country’s development. He noted that Babasaheb’s efforts continue to inspire generations to strive toward a just, inclusive, and progressive society.
Reinforcing the theme of global and national unity, the Prime Minister shared the Sanskrit Shubhashitam, “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” (the world is one family), to highlight the inclusive philosophy championed by Dr. Ambedkar. He reiterated that the government remains committed to the vision of social justice and equality that defined Dr. Ambedkar’s enduring legacy.
