PATNA – The Bihar government has restructured key administrative responsibilities, posting senior IAS officer C. K. Anil as the Advisor to the Bihar State Planning Board. A veteran of the 1991 batch (Bihar cadre), Anil moves into the strategic advisory role to assist in the state’s long-term developmental planning.
In a related move, the state has consolidated leadership within the Revenue and Land Reforms Department. Jai Singh, who was already overseeing the department’s functions, has been assigned full additional charge of the Secretary position.
