MUMBAI — Shareholders of Aeroflex Enterprises Limited have formally approved the re-appointment of Uma Manoj Mandavgane as a Non-Executive Independent Woman Director at the company’s 41st Annual General Meeting.
Her second consecutive five-year term will commence on May 31, 2027, and run through May 30, 2032. The re-appointment reinforces board-level financial oversight and IT risk compliance, leveraging Mandavgane’s three decades of experience in audit, corporate finance, and enterprise systems.
