NEW DELHI — In a targeted top-tier administrative realignment, Anand Bantia, a 2012-batch officer of the Indian Railway Accounts Service (IRAS), has been appointed as the Private Secretary (PS) to Harsh Malhotra, the Union Minister of State (MoS) for Corporate Affairs and Road Transport & Highways.
