NEW DELHI — Non-banking financial institution Shri Niwas Leasing and Finance Limited has approved the induction of Abhishek to its Board of Directors in the role of Additional Director (Non-Executive & Non-Independent).
The strategic appointment coincides with a significant board transition, following the dual resignations of independent board members Promila Sharma and Surendra Kumar Jain.
