NEW DELHI — The central government has formally approved the inter-cadre relocation of Ms. Deepesh Kumari, a promising 2022-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, shifting her from the Jharkhand cadre to the Uttar Pradesh cadre.
The order, cleared by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), transitions the young bureaucrat into the UP state administration on matrimonial grounds following her marriage to Mr. Gaurav Garg, an Indian Forest Service (IFoS) officer.
