NEW DELHI — Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer Swapnil Chaurasia has officially been assigned on deputation to the National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL).
Prior to this assignment, Chaurasia served as Senior Divisional Engineer (Sr. DEN) within South Western Railway (SWR). Under his new role as Deputy Chief Project Manager (Civil), based out of Vadodara, he will oversee crucial civil engineering and infrastructure operations for the nation’s bullet train corridor, with the deputation period taking effect from October 23, 2025.
