NEW DELHI – In a strategic board update, Colab Platforms Limited has announced a shift in the status of Mr. Rohit Singh.
Effective immediately for the 2026-27 fiscal year, Mr. Singh, who previously served as a Non-Executive Independent Director, has been re-designated as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the company.
