NEW DELHI – In a notable administrative shift, the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions has appointed Shri S. Vineeth, IAS, to a key central position. A 2013-batch officer from the Tamil Nadu cadre, Vineeth will take charge as the Private Secretary to the Union Minister of Education, Shri Dharmendra Pradhan.
