PATNA: The Government of Bihar has expanded the administrative portfolio of Prashant Kumar, a 2015-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the Bihar cadre.
Kumar, who serves as the Additional Chief Electoral Officer (ACEO) in the State Election Department, has been given the additional charge of Additional Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Patna.
