NEW DELHI — 2020-batch Indian Civil Accounts Service (ICAS) officer Vivesh has been posted as Additional Private Secretary to Rajiv Ranjan Singh, Union Minister for Fisheries, Animal Husbandry & Dairying.
Appointed on a tenure co-terminus with the Minister’s term, the officer has been relieved of his previous administrative responsibilities to take charge of his new post.
