NEW DELHI — In a top-level bureaucratic realignment, senior IRAS officer Mr. Sanjiv Narain Mathur has officially been assigned the additional charge of Secretary, Railway Board.
The strategic appointment adds to his current portfolio as the Additional Member (Budget), centralizing both administrative coordination and financial oversight under his purview at Rail Bhawan.
