NEW DELHI — In a fresh administrative order, the Delhi High Court has transferred Judge Anu Grover Baliga from the designated Fast-Track Court overseeing offences under the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024.
Judge Ajay Gupta has been appointed to succeed Baliga as the presiding judge of the specialized bench.
