The centralized portal began accepting applications on April 1, 2026, and the strict deadline for all online submissions is set for July 31, 2026.

The national awards are designed to identify and honor talented, public-spirited young individuals under 18 years of age who excel in core developmental and civic disciplines.

Recognized Categories: The selection committee will evaluate exceptional public contributions across six distinct fields:

Bravery: Acts of selflessness, spontaneous courage, and life-saving risk-taking.

Science & Technology: Original innovations, scientific research papers, and advanced software/hardware design.

https://awards.gov.in. Physical forms or offline entries will not be entertained. -
Sponsoring Bodies: Applications can be submitted directly by the eligible child, their parents/guardians, or recommended by local school boards, sports bodies, district magistrates, or recognized civil society organizations before the July 31, 2026 cutoff.
