In a key leadership transition within Indian Railways, R. Mohanraja has been elevated to the post of Director General (Human Resources), Railway Board.
Prior to this apex-level appointment, Mohanraja was serving as Secretary, Railway Board. In his new capacity as DG (HR), he will head the cadre administration, personnel management, and human resource policy framework for the national carrier.
