NEW DELHI — Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer Utsav Shukla has been posted to the Railway Board as Director, Traffic Transportation (Petroleum, Oil & Lubricants).
He moves to the Ministry of Railways’ headquarters in New Delhi following his previous assignment with the Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR).
