NEW DELHI — DCM Shriram Fine Chemicals Limited has reconstituted its board of directors, naming Rudra Shriram as an Additional Director and Managing Director.
The management transition follows the departure of Akshay Dhar, who has formally resigned as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO). In a concurrent board development, Rakesh Malhotra has been appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent).
