NEW DELHI — Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has announced the induction of Shri Chander Shekhar into its senior management team. An officer of the Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE), Shri Shekhar joins the public sector undertaking (PSU) on a five-year deputation.
Prior to this appointment, Shri Shekhar served as the Deputy Chief Engineer (Construction) at Tilak Bridge for Northern Railway. His transition to the role of General Manager (SPV & RM) in New Delhi marks a shift from field-level construction management to high-level corporate project structuring.
