MUMBAI — Sobhagya Mercantile Limited has announced a key addition to its leadership team, naming Mrs. Aarti Shrikant Bhangdiya to the company’s Board of Directors as an Additional Director.
According to the corporate announcement, Bhangdiya will serve in a Non-Executive, Non-Independent capacity following formal authorization from the board.
