NEW DELHI: NTPC Barh has successfully launched its third cycle of professional training by welcoming Batch-3 interns under the Government of India’s premier Prime Minister Internship Scheme (PMIS).
The initiative is designed to enhance employability among the youth by offering structural industry exposure, practical engineering experience, and robust skill development opportunities within a leading public sector undertaking.
During the official induction ceremony, Shri C. Satya Rama Krishna, Executive Director (Barh), addressed the new cohort, inspiring them to leverage this real-world platform to build a strong foundation for their future professional careers.
The incoming batch consists of 48 interns, reflecting a diverse group of 38 male and 10 female participants. As part of their reception into the power generation facility, the management distributed corporate joining kits to all trainees to mark the beginning of their professional journey with NTPC.
