BHOPAL — Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL) Chairman-cum-Managing Director N. Franklin Jayakumar has convened a series of executive meetings with the top brass of the Madhya Pradesh state administration to bolster operational alignment and streamline coal dispatch logistics.
The NCL chief met with Chief Secretary Ashok Barnwal, Director General of Police Kailash Makwana, ADG (Special Armed Force) Srinivas Verma, and Madhya Pradesh Pollution Control Board Member Secretary Dr. A. A. Mishra to coordinate state support for mining operations and environmental compliance.
