NEW DELHI — Union Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Hardeep Singh Puri has rejected rumors regarding a domestic Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) cylinder shortage amid ongoing geopolitical conflict in the Middle East.
In an interview with NDTV, the Minister confirmed that domestic refiners have significantly boosted LPG production to ensure market stability, attributing long queues and sudden stock pressures strictly to false rumors and panic hoarding.
