NEW DELHI — Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation Amit Shah inaugurated the 3rd National Conference of Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) Heads of States and Union Territories in New Delhi, setting a national deadline of December 31, 2029, to systematically eliminate illicit narcotics networks across India.
During the conference, the Home Minister released the comprehensive Vision Document 2026–2029, launched dedicated anti-narcotics awareness campaigns, introduced a redesigned Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) digital portal, and laid the foundation stones for new NCB zonal complexes in Lucknow and Dehradun.
