KOLKATA — Senior Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer Prem Ranjan Kumar has been posted as the Chief Safety Officer (CSO) of South Eastern Railway (SER) following his transfer from Southern Railway (SR).
In his new role, Kumar will lead South Eastern Railway’s safety organization, directing policy implementation, hazard mitigation, and operational safety audits across the zonal network.
