NEW DELHI — On the occasion of the 85th Foundation Day of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Science & Technology Dr. Jitendra Singh officially launched five new regional language popular science magazines produced by the CSIR-National Institute of Science Communication and Policy Research (CSIR-NIScPR).
Published in Assamese, Bengali, Marathi, Tamil, and Telugu, the initiative expands CSIR-NIScPR’s science outreach portfolio beyond its established publications (Science Reporter in English, Vigyan Pragati in Hindi, and Science ki Duniya in Urdu) to democratize scientific knowledge and highlight regional innovation.
