MUMBAI — In a major executive transition, industrial enterprise Trident Limited has notified the stock exchanges that Samir Prabodhchandra Joshipura has resigned from his post as Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP).
According to corporate disclosures filed by the firm, Joshipura submitted his departure notice citing personal priorities, concluding his tenure at the helm of the multi-business corporate group.
