NEW DELHI — The Directorate of Enforcement (ED) has implemented a significant administrative overhaul, involving the promotion, transfer, and additional charge assignments of several senior directors. The orders, effective from late March 2026, aim to streamline operations across key zonal offices and the Delhi headquarters.
Promotions and Key Postings

Praveen Kumar Bharal: Promoted to Joint Director of Enforcement (Level-12). He will take charge of the Hyderabad Zonal Office (HYZO) effective March 25, 2026.

Navaneet Agrawal: Transferred from the Gurugram Zonal Office to ED Headquarters in New Delhi. He will serve as the lead for Administration & Accounts.
Additional Charge Assignments
To ensure leadership continuity in sensitive zones, several officers have been granted dual responsibilities:

Vinay Kaushal: While maintaining his role at Headquarters (HIU-2), he will take additional charge of the Ahmedabad Zonal Office starting March 27.

Navaneet Agrawal: In addition to his Headquarters role, he will continue overseeing the Gurugram and Srinagar Zonal Offices.

Gurvinder Kaur: Currently leading Chandigarh Zonal Office-II, she has been assigned additional oversight of Chandigarh Zonal Office-I.
