GHAZIABAD — State-owned real estate and construction major NBCC (India) Limited, in partnership with the Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO), has officially broken ground on a ₹34.64 crore sustainable development project located in Sector-14, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad.
The ceremonial Bhoomi Pujan was jointly performed by Dr. K.P. Mahadevaswamy, Chairman & Managing Director of NBCC, and Sanjay Kulshreshtha, Chairman & Managing Director of HUDCO, signaling the start of on-site development for Plot Nos. 7 & 8.

By targeting a 3-Star GRIHA certification, the NBCC-HUDCO project incorporates national green building standards aimed at minimizing carbon footprint, reducing operational energy demands, and optimizing urban land usage in the NCR.
