NEW DELHI — Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has invited global partners to manage its integrated offshore logistics in the Western Offshore region. This initiative seeks to modernize supply chain efficiency across India’s critical energy infrastructure.
Operational Scale and Infrastructure
The Expression of Interest (EOI) covers a massive network of offshore assets:

Total Installations: The logistics support covers 68 offshore installations.

Asset Breakdown: This includes 35 rigs, 18 platforms, 2 FPSOs, and 13 multi-support vessels (MSVs).

Cargo Volume: ONGC manages approximately 14,000 metric tonnes of deck cargo and 100,000 metric tonnes of bulk materials (fuel, water, cement) monthly.
Partner Requirements and Scope
ONGC is looking for experienced partners to provide end-to-end services:

Service Areas: Responsibilities include marine fleet coordination, cargo handling, warehousing, and supply chain management.

Marine Operations: Partners will oversee rig movements, towing, anchor handling, and standby services.
