At approximately 11:30 AM, the Prime Minister will officially inaugurate India’s first greenfield integrated Refinery-cum-Petrochemical Complex at Pachpadra, followed by a address to a public gathering.
This mega-project, a joint venture between Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) and the Government of Rajasthan, represents a massive investment of over ₹79,450 crore.
