MUMBAI — Sportking India Limited has officially notified stock exchanges of a key managerial change, re-designating Mrs. Anjali Avasthi as a Whole-Time Director on its board of directors.
Previously serving as a Non-Executive Director, Avasthi moves into the full-time executive capacity to oversee operational growth, with the appointment taking effect retroactively from August 1, 2026.
