BANGKOK — Senior Indian Postal Service administrator Dr. Vinaya Prakash Singh has been unanimously re-elected to lead the Asian-Pacific Postal Union (APPU) as Secretary-General for a second consecutive four-year term.
The decision was formalized by acclamation at the 14th APPU Congress on September 4, 2026, confirming continued Indian executive leadership over the intergovernmental postal body through December 2030.
