NEW DELHI — Textile firm Angel Fibers Limited has formally notified regulatory authorities of a change in its board of directors following the completion of Chandrakant Bhimjibhai Gopani’s directorship term.
Gopani has vacated his post as an Independent Director after reaching the natural conclusion of his appointed tenure on the board.
