NEW DELHI – In a significant leadership transition for India’s largest public-sector steel maker, the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has recommended Dr. Ashok Kumar Panda for the position of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL).
