AHMEDABAD — Indian pharmaceutical firm Eris Lifesciences Limited has strengthened its board governance with the addition of Akhil Awasthi as an Additional Director in a Non-Executive, Independent capacity.
The board approved his induction following endorsement from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Awasthi is set to serve a five-year term beginning September 26, 2026, subject to mandatory approval by the company’s shareholders.
