RANCHI — In a regulatory disclosure to the BSE SME platform, financial services company Vedant Asset Limited announced the resignation of Gautam Jain from his position as Non-Executive Independent Director.
The exit took effect at the close of business hours on September 18, 2026, just days before the firm’s scheduled 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
