HYDERABAD — Sagarsoft (India) Limited has officially appointed Independent Director Kanakadhara Srinivasan to its board for a five-year term. The appointment, effective January 13, 2026, was ratified by shareholders with a 99.96% majority via postal ballot on March 19, 2026.
