NEW DELHI — In a key administrative placement, Manisha Sensarma has been designated as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.
A 1995-batch Indian Economic Service (IES) officer, Sensarma’s elevation comes via an official cadre-level upgradation of a Deputy Secretary/Director post to the Additional Secretary rank within the ministry.
