    PM Modi Expresses Grief Over Agar Malwa Accident, Announces PMNRF Ex-Gratia

    NEW DELHI — Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed deep grief over the loss of lives in a tragic accident in the Agar Malwa district of Madhya Pradesh.

    To support the affected families, the Prime Minister announced financial assistance from the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund (PMNRF) for the deceased and those injured in the mishap.

    Core Highlights & Financial Assistance

    • Ex-Gratia Relief (Deceased): ₹2 lakh to the next of kin of each individual who lost their life.

    • Ex-Gratia Relief (Injured): ₹50,000 provided to each injured victim.

    • Funding Source: Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund (PMNRF).

    In his message, Prime Minister Narendra Modi extended his heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved families:

    “The mishap in Agar Malwa, Madhya Pradesh, is extremely painful. I extend my condolences to those who have lost their loved ones.”

    The local administration in Madhya Pradesh is coordinating relief measures and ensuring proper medical care for the injured.
