    PM Narendra Modi to Inaugurate SEMICON India 2026 in New Delhi

    NEW DELHI — Prime Minister Narendra Modi will formally inaugurate SEMICON India 2026 on September 17 at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi, addressing global stakeholders across the semiconductor and electronics value chain.

    The three-day international summit, running from September 17 to 19, operates under the theme “Silicon to Systems: Building the Ecosystem.”

    Summit Scope & Key Participation Metrics

    • Global Scale & Delegations: Features over 600 participating companies, 150+ speakers, and 400+ corporate executives, attracting approximately 50,000 visitors and delegates from 52 countries.

    • International Pavilions: Includes six dedicated Country Pavilions representing Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Singapore, and Sweden, alongside 12 Indian State pavilions.

    • Full Value-Chain Focus: Introduces the “Sand to Silicon to Systems” experience, showcasing end-to-end semiconductor processes including chip design, materials, fabrication, advanced packaging, and systems integration.

    • Specialized Forums: Features six Country Roundtables to facilitate cross-border joint ventures, targeted sessions on display technologies, a women’s leadership forum, a Startup Pavilion, and workforce development initiatives.
