NEW DELHI — Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has welcomed Dilip Kumar as its new Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO). A senior officer from the Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME), Kumar officially took charge of the post following his transition from the Indian Railways.
