SECUNDERABAD — Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer Santosh Kumar Rajula has been transferred from South East Central Railway (SECR) to South Central Railway (SCR).
In his new assignment, Rajula takes over as Chief Electrical Loco Engineer (CELE) for South Central Railway, assuming responsibility for electric locomotive operations, fleet maintenance management, and traction engineering across the zone.
