AHMEDABAD — Plant-based specialty products manufacturer Sanstar Limited has officially re-appointed Gouthamchand Sohanlal Chowdhary as Managing Director. The approval was finalized during the company’s 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM), extending his executive leadership for a five-year term effective September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2031.
Alongside the Managing Director’s tenure extension, shareholders ratified identical five-year re-appointments for Sambhav Gautam Chowdhary and Shreyans Gautam Chowdhary as Joint Managing Directors.
