NEW DELHI — The Department of Pension and Pensioners’ Welfare (DoPPW), under the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, has concluded Special Campaign 3, successfully resolving 2,306 long-pending pension grievances between July 7 and August 31, 2026.
Operating across 40 central ministries and departments, the campaign achieved a 72% redressal rate out of 3,193 identified cases, leveraging the Centralized Pension Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPENGRAMS) portal to accelerate case disposal, particularly among rural pensioners and family dependents.
