NEW DELHI — The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), in collaboration with the National Institute of Health and Family Welfare (NIHFW), the Capacity Building Commission (CBC), and Karmayogi Bharat, has commenced a two-day National Conference on Mission Karmayogi for Mission Karmayogi Development Officers (MDOs) at NIHFW, New Delhi.
Running from August 20–21, 2026, the national convention aims to transition public health administration from a rule-based framework to a role-based, competency-driven model, while expanding continuous technology-enabled learning across the civil service workforce.
