BILASPUR — A high-level media delegation from Bhubaneswar and Uttarakhand conducted an institutional tour of South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) to review core coal extraction procedures, national energy security strategies, and environmental sustainability frameworks.
The exposure visit was organized and coordinated by the Press Information Bureau (PIB) through its regional offices in Raipur, Bhubaneswar, and Uttarakhand.
