BENGALURU — Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw inaugurated the ‘Aditya’ complex at the BEML Tippasandra Campus today. This specialized facility is dedicated to the indigenous manufacturing of high-speed rail components, specifically focusing on the development of B-28 coaches.
The Minister described the project as a milestone for Indian engineering, emphasizing that local production of such intricate technology is central to the “Developed India” vision.
Redefining Southern Connectivity
Minister Vaishnaw highlighted how high-speed rail will effectively merge major southern cities into integrated economic hubs by drastically reducing travel times:
